Png:An image file that's used for image editing and not deducting the image quality

Bmp:An image file that stores rectangle (8 Bit-like style) graphics and allows high-quality images to be displayed

Psd:An image file that's used in Photoshop 

Tiff:An image file that stores rectangle like file (kinda like bmp) as well as image information

Heic:An image file that's used for media platforms as well as timed text,videos and audio

Psb:An image file utilized in Photoshop that can handle LARGE files

Camera Raw:An image file that's utilized in Adobe Lightroom to convert and export any image format such as tiff and jpeg

Vector

Ai:An image file utilized in Adobe Illustrator that's used for vector (line) images

Pdf:An image file that most people use to show and share all kinds of text,images and videos

Svg (Scaleable Vector Graphic):An image file that can show 2d images and graphics 

Indd:An image file that's utilized in Adobe Indesign and can handle vector objects

Eps:An image file that allows images and drawing to be placed into PostScript documents

Ait:An image file that's a template file in  Adobe Illustrator and can covert to other different file formats


Layout

Indd:An image layout that's utilized in Adobe Indesign that can be oriented to do posters,bookcovers,etc

Idml:An image layout in Adobe Indesign that can open old version of InDesign documents as well as QuarkXPress and other DTP files
